WELCOME TO THE SET

With just 12 covers we’re the smallest restaurant in Brighton with ten seats at our kitchen counter and two in the window.

All guests eat together in an intimate and relaxed space built around the food. An open kitchen, low lighting and set playlist accompany your experience.

There’s no menu. We cook the best food we can each day, led by quality produce, seasons, creativity and technique.

Across the week, there are a few different ways to eat with us. Wednesdays are M.A.D (Midweek Affordable Dinner), our shorter eight couse tasting menu. Thursday to Saturday evenings are centred around our full Set Menu, with 15–20 servings cooked over 2.5 hours. Then Friday lunchtimes are for Ramen Friday - where we produce one flavour of Ramen and just 20 bowls.
